CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR(for EC65) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the clutch accumulator assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL BLEEDER TO ACCUMULATOR TUBE


    1. Using a union nut wrench 10 mm, install the bleeder to accumulator tube.

      Torque:
      15 N*m  { 155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

      Use the formula to calculate special torque values for situations where union nut wrench is combined with a torque wrench Click here.

    2. Install the bleeder to accumulator tube bracket with the bolt.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL ACCUMULATOR TO FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE


    1. Using a union nut wrench 10 mm, install the accumulator to flexible hose tube onto the clutch accumulator assembly.

      Torque:
      15 N*m  { 155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL CLUTCH FLEXIBLE HOSE BRACKET


    1. Install the clutch flexible hose bracket with the bolt onto the clutch accumulator assembly.

      Torque:
      19 N*m  { 194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL CLUTCH HOSE


    1. Install the new clip.

    2. Using a union nut wrench 10 mm, install the clutch hose onto the accumulator to flexible hose tube.

      Torque:
      15 N*m  { 155 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

  6. FILL RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID

  7. BLEED CLUTCH LINE

    Click here

  8. INSPECT FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAK

  9. INSPECT FLUID LEVEL

  10. INSTALL AIR CLEANER BRACKET

    Click here

  11. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  13. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY
