CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR(for EC65) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER BRACKET

    Click here

  5. SEPARATE CLUTCH HOSE

    1. Using a union nut wrench 10 mm, separate the clutch hose from the accumulator to flexible hose tube and drain brake fluid into the container.

      Note

      If brake fluid leaks onto any painted surface, immediately wash it off.

    2. Remove the clip from the clutch hose.

  6. REMOVE CLUTCH FLEXIBLE HOSE BRACKET

      Remove the bolt and clutch flexible hose bracket from the clutch accumulator assembly.

  7. REMOVE ACCUMULATOR TO FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE


    1. A005GYK

      Using a union nut wrench 10 mm, remove the accumulator to flexible hose tube from the clutch accumulator assembly.

  8. REMOVE BLEEDER TO ACCUMULATOR TUBE

      Remove the bolt from the clutch accumulator assembly.

    2. Using a union nut wrench 10 mm, remove the bleeder to accumulator tube.

  9. REMOVE CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A005LPE

      Remove the 3 bolts and clutch accumulator assembly.
