PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  2. DRAIN BRAKE FLUID

  3. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 VENTILATOR SEAL

  4. REMOVE FRONT AIR SHUTTER SEAL RH

    Click here

  5. REMOVE COWL TOP INSIDE CORNER PANEL RH

    Click here

  6. REMOVE INNER LOWER COWL TOP REINFORCEMENT

    Click here

  7. REMOVE INNER COWL TOP TO COWL BRACE

    Click here

  8. REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL

    Click here

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

  10. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  11. REMOVE CLUTCH RESERVOIR TUBE

    1. Loosen the clip and remove the clutch reservoir tube from the clutch master cylinder assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Use container to collect the fluid.

  12. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER TO FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE

    1. Using a union nut wrench 10 mm, disconnect the clutch master cylinder to flexible hose tube.

  13. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the clutch pedal spring and clip and remove the push rod clevis pin.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts and the clutch master cylinder assembly.

  14. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS

    1. Measure the dimension A as shown in the illustration before loosening the lock nut.

    2. Loosen the lock nut and remove the clutch master cylinder push rod clevis.

    3. Remove the lock nut.
