CLUTCH PEDAL(for LHD) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the connectors and separate the wire harness clamp.

      Remove the bolt and 2 nuts, and then remove the clutch pedal support sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE CLUTCH START SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the nut and clutch start switch assembly.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 CLUTCH START SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. A005HIF

      Loosen the adjusting nut.

    2. Turn the No. 2 clutch start switch assembly by counterclockwise and remove the No. 2 clutch start switch assembly.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 PEDAL SPRING HOOK (for 1ND-TV)

    1. While the clutch pedal is fully depressed, remove the No. 1 pedal spring hook.

  7. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING HOLDER (for 1ND-TV)

    1. Remove the clutch pedal spring holder from the clutch pedal support.

  8. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING (for 1NR-FE)


    1. Remove the clutch pedal spring.

  9. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the bolt and the nut.

    2. Remove the clutch pedal sub-assembly from the clutch pedal support sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL PAD


    1. Remove the clutch pedal pad from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  11. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL BUSH

    1. Remove the 2 clutch pedal bushes from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

    2. Remove the clutch pedal collar from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  12. REMOVE NO. 1 CLUTCH PEDAL CUSHION

    1. Remove the No. 1 clutch pedal cushion from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.
