OIL PUMP ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER LH

  2. DRAIN CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSAXLE FLUID

    Click here

  3. REMOVE OIL PUMP WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. A005KKHE01

      Remove the 3 bolts in the order shown in the illustration, and remove the oil pump with motor assembly from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

      Note


      • Do not use an impact wrench.

      • Do not drop the oil pump with motor assembly.

      • When removing the bolts, support the oil pump with motor assembly by hand.

    3. Remove the gasket from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

  4. REMOVE CHECK VALVE

      Remove the check valve from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

    2. Remove the O-ring from the check valve.
