GLOW PLUG REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

  3. SEPARATE NO. 3 ENGINE COVER BRACKET


    1. A005LIO

      Remove the bolt and separate the No. 3 engine cover bracket.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 GLOW PLUG CONNECTOR


    1. A005KVQ

      Remove the 5 screw grommets.

    2. A005LI8

      Remove the nut and disconnect the glow terminal.

    3. Remove the 4 nuts and No. 1 glow plug connector.

  5. REMOVE GLOW PLUG ASSEMBLY


    1. A005KXK

      Using a deep socket wrench 10 mm, remove the 4 glow plugs.

      Note

      Do not remove glow plug assembly, before warm up.
