COOLING FAN MOTOR REMOVAL

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

CAUTION:

Be sure that the ignition is off if you work near the electric cooling fans or radiator grille. With the ignition on, the electric cooling fans may automatically start to run if the engine coolant temperature is high and/or the air conditioning is on.

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN COOLANT

    Click here

  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. DISCONNECT RADIATOR RESERVOIR TANK HOSE

    Click here

  4. REMOVE NO. 3 RADIATOR HOSE

    Click here

  5. REMOVE FAN SHROUD

    Click here

  6. REMOVE FAN

      Remove the nut and remove the fan.

  7. REMOVE COOLING FAN MOTOR


    1. A005H30

      Remove the 3 screws and remove the cooling fan motor.
