WATER PUMP REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN COOLANT

  2. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER RH


    1. A005M6L

      Remove the 3 screws and 2 bolts and remove the engine under cover RH.

  3. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  4. REMOVE ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Click here

  5. REMOVE WATER PUMP PULLEY

    1. Using SST, hold the water pump pulley.

      SST
      09960-10010   ( 09962-01000, 09963-00700 )

    2. Remove the 3 bolts and water pump pulley.

  6. REMOVE ENGINE WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 3 bolts, 2 nuts and engine water pump assembly.

    2. Remove the water pump gasket.
