WATER PUMP REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

  2. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER RH

    1. Remove the 3 screws and 2 bolts and remove the engine under cover RH.

  3. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY (for 80A Type)

  4. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY (for 100A Type)

    Click here

  5. REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT TENSIONER ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 bolts and the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly.

  6. REMOVE ENGINE WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A005MDT

      Remove the 9 bolts, engine water pump assembly and the water pump gasket from the timing chain cover sub-assembly.
