THERMOSTAT REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

   Click here

2. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

   Click here

3. REMOVE WATER INLET

   
   

   1. Disconnect the No. 2 radiator hose and the No. 6 water by-pass hose.

   2. 

      Remove the 3 bolts and the water inlet.

   3. Remove the gasket from the water inlet.
