INTAKE MANIFOLD INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 INTAKE MANIFOLD TO HEAD GASKET


    1. Install a new No. 1 intake manifold to head gasket onto the intake manifold.

  2. INSTALL INTAKE MANIFOLD


    1. A005I8SE14

      Install the intake manifold with the 3 bolts and 2 nuts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      30 N*m  { 306 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the wire harness clamp with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      11 N*m  { 112 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL THROTTLE WITH MOTOR BODY ASSEMBLY

  4. CONNECT AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

  6. INSPECT FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAK
