INTAKE MANIFOLD REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE THROTTLE WITH MOTOR BODY ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  4. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD


    1. A005HVZ

      Remove the 2 nuts and disconnect the wire harness clamp.

    2. A005I8SE13

      Remove the 3 bolts and 2 nuts and remove the intake manifold in the order shown in the illustration.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 INTAKE MANIFOLD TO HEAD GASKET


    1. Remove the No. 1 intake manifold to head gasket from the intake manifold.
