Although the part name refers to the ventilation valve sub-assembly, this procedure is for the PCV valve.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    *1 Adhesive

    1. Install the ventilation valve sub-assembly.


      1. Apply adhesive to the 2 or 3 threads end of the bolt.

        Adhesive
        Toyota Genuine Adhesive 1324, Three Bond 1324 or equivalent

      2. Install the ventilation valve sub-assembly.

        Torque:
        19 N*m  { 194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the ventilation hose to the ventilation valve sub-assembly.
