EGR VALVE INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install a new EGR valve gasket to the cylinder head sub-assembly.

   2. Install the EGR valve assembly with the 2 nuts and bolt.

      Torque:

      30 N*m  { 306 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf }

   3. Connect the No. 2 water by-pass hose, No. 6 water by-pass hose and EGR valve assembly connector.

2. CONNECT NO. 1 VENTILATION HOSE

   
   

   1. Connect the No. 1 ventilation hose.

3. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

4. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Engine)
