EGR VALVE INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install a new EGR valve gasket to the cylinder head sub-assembly.

   2. Install the EGR valve assembly with the 2 nuts and bolt.

      Torque:

      30 N*m  { 306 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf }

   3. Connect the water hose and connector to the EGR valve assembly.

2. INSTALL E.G.R GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR

3. INSTALL VENTILATION HOSE

   
   

   1. Connect the ventilation hose.

4. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

   Click here

5. INSPECT FOR ENGINE COOLANT
