EGR VALVE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

    Click here

  2. DISCONNECT NO. 1 VENTILATION HOSE


    1. A005GH8

      Disconnect the No. 1 ventilation hose.

  3. REMOVE EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY


    1. A005LXB

      Disconnect the No. 2 water by-pass hose and No. 6 water by-pass hose.

    2. A005MHW

      Disconnect the EGR valve assembly connector.

    3. A005H2C

      Remove the 2 nuts, bolt and EGR valve assembly.

    4. Remove the EGR valve gasket from the cylinder head sub-assembly.
