EGR VALVE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD

   Click here

2. REMOVE EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. 

      Disconnect the water hose and connector from the EGR valve assembly.

   2. Remove the 2 nuts, bolt and EGR valve assembly.

   3. Remove the EGR valve gasket from the cylinder head sub-assembly.
