ECM REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

    Click here

  2. REMOVE FRONT WIPER MOTOR AND LINK

    Click here

  3. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 VENTILATOR SEAL

    Click here

  4. REMOVE FRONT AIR SHUTTER SEAL RH

    Click here

  5. REMOVE INNER COWL TOP TO COWL BRACE

    Click here

  6. REMOVE COWL TOP INSIDE CORNER PANEL LH

    Click here

  7. REMOVE INNER COWL TOP REINFORCEMENT

    Click here

  8. REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL

    Click here

  9. REMOVE ECM


    1. A005KB2

      Release the 2 lock knobs.

    2. Disconnect the 2 ECM connectors.

    3. A005IYT

      Remove the 2 bolts and separate the brake booster vacuum pipe. (w/ Combustion Type Power Heater)

    4. A005ISB

      Remove the 2 nuts and separate the water pipe. (w/ Combustion Type Power Heater)

    5. A005HIY

      Remove the bolt, 2 nuts and the ECM.
