INSPECT AIR CLEANER FILTER
Remove the air cleaner filter.
Visually check that the air cleaner filter is not excessively damaged or oily.
Replace the air cleaner filter with a new one if necessary.
REPLACE AIR CLEANER CASE
Check if foreign matter has accumulated in the bottom of the air cleaner case. If foreign matter has accumulated in the bottom of the air cleaner case, clean the air cleaner case.
Note
When cleaning the air cleaner case, prevent any foreign matter from entering into the engine.

INSPECT FUEL LINES AND CONNECTIONS, FUEL TANK VAPOR VENT SYSTEM HOSES
Visually check the fuel lines for cracks, leakage, loose connections, deformation or tank band looseness.
INSPECT EXHAUST PIPES AND MOUNTINGS
Visually check the pipes, hangers and connections for severe corrosion, leaks or damage.
