REAR BUMPER REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 BUMPER REINFORCEMENT


    1. A005GOE

      Install the rear No. 1 bumper reinforcement with the 6 bolts.

      Torque:
      19 N*m  { 194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL REAR UPPER BUMPER RETAINER LH


    1. A005HFK

      Engage the claw and install the rear upper bumper retainer LH.

    2. Install the screw.

  3. INSTALL REAR UPPER BUMPER RETAINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE SEAL LH

    A005JPN

    1. Install the rear bumper side seal with the 2 clips.

  5. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE SEAL RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  6. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH


    1. A005I6O

      Engage the claw and install the rear bumper side retainer.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

  7. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 LUGGAGE ROOM WIRE


    1. A005JS9

      Engage the 6 clamps and install the No. 2 luggage room wire.
