Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for both the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure described below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT GASKET (for HID Headlight)


    1. A005LXS

      Install the new headlight gasket.

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LIGHT CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY (for HID Headlight)


    1. A005HPP

      Connect the connector.

    2. A005KPR

      Install the headlight light control ECU sub-assembly with 4 screws.

  3. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB (for Halogen Headlight)


    1. Install the clearance light bulb to the clearance light socket.

  4. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT SOCKET (for Halogen Headlight)


    1. A005JYC

      Turn the clearance light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install.

  5. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB (for HID Headlight)


    1. Install the clearance light bulb to the clearance socket.

    2. A005J34

      Install the clearance light socket.

  6. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB


    1. Install the front turn signal light bulb to the front turn signal light socket.

  7. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT SOCKET


    1. A005JXT

      Turn the front turn signal light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install.

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB (for Halogen Headlight)


    1. Install the No. 1 headlight bulb.

    2. A005MCVE01

      Lock the set spring in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration.

    3. Install the headlight socket cover.

  9. INSTALL DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB (for HID Headlight)

  10. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB (for HID Headlight)


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. A005ICI

      Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install.

      Note

      Do not touch the bulb glass with your fingers.

  11. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER (for HID Headlight)
