HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB (for Halogen Headlight)

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the headlight socket cover.

   2. 

      Release the set spring lock as shown in the illustration and remove the No. 1 headlight bulb.

      Note

      Do not touch the bulb glass with your fingers.

2. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER (for HID Headlight)

3. REMOVE DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB (for HID Headlight)

   Click here

4. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB (for HID Headlight)

   
   

   1. 

      Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to remove it.

   2. Disconnect the connector.

      Note

      Do not touch the bulb glass with your fingers.

5. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT SOCKET

   
   

   1. 

      Turn the front turn signal light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to remove it.

6. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

   
   

   1. Remove the front turn signal light bulb from the front turn signal light socket.

7. REMOVE CLEARANCE LIGHT SOCKET (for Halogen Headlight)

   
   

   1. 

      Turn the clearance light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to remove it.

8. REMOVE CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB (for Halogen Headlight)

   
   

   1. Remove the clearance light bulb from the clearance light socket.

9. REMOVE CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB (for HID Headlight)

   
   

   1. 

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the clearance light socket.

   2. Remove the clearance light bulb from the light socket.

10. REMOVE HEADLIGHT LIGHT CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for HID Headlight)

    
    

    1. 

       Remove the 4 screws.

    2. 

       Disconnect the connector and remove the headlight light control ECU sub-assembly LH.

11. REMOVE HEADLIGHT GASKET (for HID Headlight)

    
    

    1. 

       Remove the headlight gasket.
