The headlight leveling ECU assembly detect the low beam headlights status.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK VEHICLE CONDITION (LOW BEAM HEADLIGHT)


    1. Check the illuminating condition of the low beam headlights.

      OK
      Low beam headlights illuminates.

    NG
    OK
  2. READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (HEADLIGHT LOW BEAM STATE)


    1. Using the intelligent tester, read the Data List Click here.

  3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (HEADLIGHT RELAY (H-LP/US-DRL) - HEADLIGHT LEVELING ECU)


    1. Remove the headlight relay from the No. 2 engine room relay block.

    2. Disconnect the A43 headlight leveling ECU assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
