HEADLIGHT DIMMER SWITCH REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work Click here.

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  3. REMOVE SPIRAL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT DIMMER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear Fog Light)


    1. A005IOA

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Using pliers, expanded the clamp as shown in the illustration.

    3. A005MCT

      While holding the clamp expanded, disengage the claw and remove the headlight dimmer switch assembly as shown in the illustration.

  6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT DIMMER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Fog Light)


    1. A005K80

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Using pliers, expanded the clamp as shown in the illustration.

    3. A005MCT

      While holding the clamp expanded, disengage the claw and remove the headlight dimmer switch assembly as shown in the illustration.
