PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work Click here.

    • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

    • The procedure listed below is for RHD vehicles.

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  3. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER RELAY ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the bolt and the windshield wiper relay assembly from the instrument panel reinforcement assembly.
