WIPER AND WASHER SYSTEM(w/ Rain Sensor) TERMINALS OF ECU


  1. CHECK WINDSHIELD WIPER RELAY ASSEMBLY

    A005L1KE02

    1. Disconnect the F72 windshield wiper relay assembly connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Ignition switch off Below 1 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the F72 windshield wiper relay assembly connector.

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, the windshield wiper relay assembly may have a malfunction.

  2. CHECK WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    A005GR6E02

    1. Disconnect the F11 and F12 windshield wiper switch assembly connectors.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      F11-2 (EW) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
      F12-2 (+B) - Body ground B - Body ground Power source circuit Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the F11 and F12 windshield wiper switch assembly connectors.

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

  3. CHECK RAIN SENSOR

    1. Disconnect the L5 rain sensor connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
