FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FUEL FILLER OPENING LID LOCK RETAINER


    1. Align the 2 claws <B> of the fuel filler opening lid lock retainer with 2 slits.

      *3 Slit

      Push in and install the fuel filler opening lid lock retainer while securely attaching the 2 claws <A>.

  2. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the 4 clamps and install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly (for LHD).

    2. Engage the 8 clamps and install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly (for RHD).

    3. Return the floor carpet and engage the clip (for LHD).

    4. Return the floor carpet and engage the 2 clips (for RHD).

    5. Engage the 2 clip and install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly to the fuel filler opening lid lock retainer.

  3. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK OPEN LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly to the fuel lid lock open lever sub-assembly.

    2. Install the fuel lid lock open lever sub-assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL CENTER PILLAR LOWER GARNISH RH (for RHD)

  5. CONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (for RHD)

  6. INSTALL LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER

  7. INSTALL CENTER PILLAR LOWER GARNISH LH (for LHD)

    Click here

  8. CONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for LHD)

    Click here

  9. INSTALL LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER

    Click here

  10. CONNECT REAR OUTER NO.1 SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY LH

  11. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY

  12. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

    Click here

  13. INSTALL RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL BEZEL LH

    Click here

  14. INSTALL LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY

  15. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE BOX LH

  16. INSTALL LUGGAGE ROOM BOX SEPARATOR
