BACK DOOR REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOWER STOPPER CUSHION

      Install the back door lower stopper cushion with the 2 bolts.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedures for the LH and RH side.

  2. INSTALL REAR BUMPER COVER

  3. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  4. INSTALL DOOR PULL HANDLE

      Engage the 4 claws and install the door pull handle.

  5. INSTALL BACK DOOR PANEL CUSHION


    1. A005KR9

      Install the 2 new back door panel cushions to the back door panel.

  6. INSTALL LOWER BACK DOOR STOPPER


    1. A005HVN

      Install the lower back door stopper with the bolt.

      Use the same procedures for the LH and RH side.

  12. INSTALL REAR WIPER MOTOR GROMMET

  13. INSTALL BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

  14. INSTALL REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY

  15. INSTALL REAR WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY

  16. INSTALL REAR WIPER ARM HEAD CAP

  17. INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD

      Engage the 11 clips and install the back door trim board.

  18. INSTALL CENTER STOP LIGHT SET
