BACK DOOR DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE CENTER STOP LIGHT SET

2. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD

   
   

   1. 

      Disengage the 11 clips and remove the back door trim board.

3. REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM HEAD CAP

   Click here

4. REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY

   Click here

5. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY

   Click here

6. REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

7. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR GROMMET

   Click here

8. REMOVE REAR SPOILER SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

9. REMOVE REAR WASHER NOZZLE

   Click here

10. REMOVE BACK DOOR OPENER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    Click here

11. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY

    Click here

12. REMOVE REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear View Monitor System)

    Click here

13. REMOVE LOWER BACK DOOR STOPPER

    
    

    1. 

       Remove the bolt and the lower back door stopper.

       Tech Tips

       Use the same procedures for the LH and RH side.

14. REMOVE BACK DOOR PANEL CUSHION

    
    

    1. 

       Remove the 2 back door panel cushions from the back door panel.

15. REMOVE DOOR PULL HANDLE

    
    

    1. 

       Disengage the 4 claws and remove the door pull handle.

16. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY

17. REMOVE REAR BUMPER COVER

    Click here

18. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOWER STOPPER CUSHION

    
    

    1. 

       Remove the 2 bolts and the back door lower stopper cushion.

       Tech Tips

       Use the same procedures for the LH and RH side.
