РАДИАТОР СНЯТИЕ

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

   Click here

2. REMOVE LOWER FRONT BUMPER COVER

   Click here

3. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

4. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

   Click here

5. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER

   Click here

7. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH

   
   

   1. 

      Using a clip remover, detach the 3 claws and remove the clip and radiator side deflector.

8. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH

   
   

   1. 

      Using a clip remover, detach the 3 claws and remove the clip and radiator side deflector.

9. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE

   

10. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE

    
    

    1. 

       Disconnect the No. 2 radiator hose from the water inlet.

    2. 

       Detach the clamp and remove the No. 2 radiator hose.

11. REMOVE RADIATOR RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY

    
    

    1. 

       Disconnect the reservoir hose.

    2. Remove the 3 bolts and radiator reservoir.

12. DISCONNECT OIL COOLER TUBE

    
    

    1. 

       Detach the claw to open the flexible hose clamp, and then remove the 2 bolts to disconnect the oil cooler tube from the fan shroud.

13. REMOVE FAN SHROUD

    
    

    1. 

       Loosen the 4 nuts holding the fluid coupling.

    2. Remove the fan and generator V belt Click here.

    3. 

       Remove the 2 bolts holding the fan shroud.

    4. Remove the 4 nuts of the fluid coupling, and then remove the fan shroud together with the fluid coupling.

       Note

       Be careful not to damage

    5. Remove the fan pulley from the engine water pump.

14. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

    
    

    1. 

       Disconnect the 2 oil cooler hoses.

    2. 

       Remove the 4 bolts and radiator.

15. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL

    
    

    1. Remove the seal from the radiator.

16. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL

    
    

    1. Remove the seal from the radiator.
