PROCEDURE

   INSTALL OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install a new seal washer to the bolt.

   2. Install the oil cooler with the bolt and nut.

      for bolt
      68 N*m	693 kgf*cm	50 ft.*lbf
      for nut
      10 N*m	102 kgf*cm	7 ft.*lbf

   3. 

      *a	Upward
      *b	Rearward

      Install the 2 hoses.

      Tip:

      The direction of the hose clamp is indicated in the illustration.

   INSTALL OIL FILTER BRACKET

   Click here

3. Click here

   CONNECT WATER BY-PASS PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   
   1. 

      *a	Upward
      *b	Rearward

      Connect the 2 hoses and water by-pass pipe.

      Tip:

      The direction of the hose clamp is indicated in the illustration.

   2. Install the 3 bolts.

      10 N*m

      102 kgf*cm

      7 ft.*lbf

   INSTALL OIL FILTER ELEMENT

   Click here

5. Click here

   ADD ENGINE OIL

   Click here

6. Click here

   CHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL

   Click here

7. Click here

   ADD ENGINE COOLANT

   Click here

8. Click here

   INSPECT FOR ENGINE OIL LEAK

   Click here

9. Click here

   INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK

   Click here

10. Click here

    INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

    Click here

11. Click here

    INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    INSTALL LOWER FRONT BUMPER COVER
