   REMOVE LOWER FRONT BUMPER COVER

   Click here

2. Click here

   REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

3. Click here

   REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

   Click here

4. Click here

   DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

   Click here

5. Click here

   DRAIN ENGINE OIL

   Click here

6. Click here

   REMOVE OIL FILTER ELEMENT

   Click here

7. Click here

   DISCONNECT WATER BY-PASS PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   
   1. 

      Remove the 3 bolts.

   2. 

      Disconnect the 2 hoses and water by-pass pipe.

8. Click here

   REMOVE OIL FILTER BRACKET

   Click here

9. Click here

   REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

   
   
   1. 

      Remove the 2 hoses.

   2. 

      Remove the bolt, nut and oil cooler.

   3. Remove the seal washer from the bolt.
