OUTER MIRROR SWITCH REMOVAL


  1. DISCONNECT FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP


    1. A003YSW

      Disconnect the front door opening trim weatherstrip.

    2. Remove the residual weatherstrip sealant from the body of the vehicle using cleaner.

      Note

      Remove the sealant completely. Any residual sealant may transfer to other areas of the vehicle when removing/installing the interior parts.

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 3 claws, clip and 4 guides, and remove the instrument side panel LH.

  3. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003W9H

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 8 claws and clip.

    2. Disconnect each connector and remove the lower instrument panel finish panel sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/o Automatic Retractable Mirror)

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the outer mirror switch assembly.

  5. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Automatic Retractable Mirror)

      Disengage the 3 claws and remove the outer mirror switch assembly.

  6. REMOVE RETRACTABLE OUTER MIRROR SWITCH (w/ Automatic Retractable Mirror)

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the retractable outer mirror switch.
