HOOD REASSEMBLY


  1. CONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY


    1. A003VKF

      Engage the 6 clips and connect the washer hose assembly.

  2. INSTALL WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect a new washer nozzle sub-assembly to the washer hose.

    2. A003W5LE01

      Engage the 2 claws to install the washer nozzle sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  3. INSPECT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. With the power switch on (READY), check the position that the washer fluid hits the windshield.

      Tech Tips

      If the result is not as specified, replace the washer nozzle sub-assembly.

  4. ADJUST WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Select a washer nozzle so that the contact area is within the standard. Replace the washer nozzle with the selected one.

  5. INSTALL HOOD INSULATOR


    1. A003VXY

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the hood insulator with the 7 clips.

  6. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL


    1. A003X63

      Engage the 4 clips and install the hood to radiator support seal.
