WINDSHIELD DEICER SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK


  1. CHECK WINDSHIELD DEICER SYSTEM


    1. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    2. Check that the windshield deicer wire (windshield glass) becomes warm by operating the windshield deicer switch*1 or front wiper deicer switch (outer mirror heater switch assembly)*2 of the multi display.


      • *1: w/ Navigation System

      • *2: w/o Navigation System

    3. Confirm that the windshield deicer stops after approximately 15 minutes.

      Tech Tips

      If voltage of the auxiliary battery drops a certain amount, the windshield deicer function may be forcibly stopped Click here.
