FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER (for Power Seat) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)


    1. Disconnect each connector.

    2. Disengage each clamp under the front seat assembly.

    3. A003ZDF

      Disengage the clamp.

    4. Remove the nut and front seat inner belt assembly.

  3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side)


    1. Disconnect each connector.

    2. Disengage each clamp under the front seat assembly.

    3. A003ZV0

      Disengage the clamp.

    4. Remove the nut and front seat inner belt assembly.

  4. REMOVE SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws and remove the slide and vertical power seat switch knob.

  5. REMOVE RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws and remove the reclining power seat switch knob.

  6. REMOVE FRONT INNER NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the guide as shown in the illustration.

    3. A003X79

      Disengage the claw and 2 guides, and remove the front inner No. 1 seat cushion shield as shown in the illustration.

    4. A003XZF

      Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

  7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

  8. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the front seat inner cushion shield.

  9. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Disengage the fastener and separate the front seat airbag assembly wire harness.

    2. w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. A003ZL4

        Disconnect the connector.

      2. Disengage the clamp and disconnect the seat heater wire harness.

      3. A003WRF

        Disconnect the connector.

      4. Disengage the 3 clamps and disconnect the seat heater wire harness.

    3. A003XD5

      Disengage the 4 hooks.

    4. A003WAV

      Disengage each hook and remove the separate type front seat cushion cover with pad.

  10. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER (FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY)


    1. A003Z2L

      Remove the 2 hog rings.

    2. A003WQE

      Remove the 21 hog rings and the separate type front seat cushion cover (front seat cushion heater assembly) from the separate type front seat cushion pad.
