FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER (for Manual Seat) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      *1 Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the reclining adjuster release handle.

  3. REMOVE VERTICAL ADJUSTING HANDLE (for 6 Way Seat Type)

      Remove the screw and vertical adjusting handle.

  4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 11 claws and clip, and remove the front seat cushion shield.

  5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)


    1. Disconnect each connector.

    2. Disengage each clamp under the front seat assembly.

      Remove the nut and front seat inner belt assembly.

  6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side)


    1. Disconnect each connector.

    2. Disengage each clamp under the front seat assembly.

      Remove the nut and front seat inner belt assembly.

  7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the front seat inner cushion shield.

  8. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD


    1. A003WIE

      Disconnect the rubber band.

    2. A003X68

      Disengage the fastener and separate the seat side airbag wire harness.

    3. w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. A003ZL4

        Disconnect the connector.

      2. Disengage the clamp and disconnect the seat heater wire harness.

      3. A003VHS

        Disconnect the connector.

      4. Disengage the 2 clamps and disconnect the seat heater wire harness.

    4. for Front Passenger Side:


      1. A003VXX

        Disengage the clamp and disconnect the connector as shown in the illustration.

    5. A003XWD

      Disengage the 4 hooks.

    6. A003YYW

      Disengage each hook and remove the separate type front seat cushion cover with pad.

  9. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER (FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY)

      Remove the 2 hog rings.

    2. A003WQE

      Remove the 21 hog rings and the separate type front seat cushion cover (front seat cushion heater assembly).
