REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

      Remove the 21 hog rings.

    2. A003XSK

      Remove the 22 hog rings.

    3. Remove the 24 hog rings and remove the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER RH


    1. A003VBS

      Disengage the 2 guides and claw, and remove the rear seatback lock striker cover RH.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK CONTROL LEVER BASE RH


    1. A003ZN4

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 5 claws and remove the rear seatback lock control lever base RH.

  4. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP


    1. A003VDC

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the seat belt anchor cover cap.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER


    1. A003WR5

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH


    1. A003ZGP

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover RH.

    2. w/ Rear Seatback Cover:


      1. Remove the rear seatback cover RH.

        Tech Tips

        Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD RH

      Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips.

      Note

      The clips must not be reused.

    2. A003ZVW

      Using a clip remover, disengage the 9 clips.

      Note

      The clips must not be reused.

    3. Remove the 9 clips from the separate type rear seatback cover RH.

      Note

      The clips must not be reused.

      Disengage the 10 hooks.

    5. A003VY7

      Disengage the 4 hooks.

      Detach the 6 pieces of double-sided tape.

    7. A003Y24

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    8. A003VLO

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat center headrest supports.

    9. Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad RH from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

  8. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    2. A003ZNJ

      Remove the 9 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover RH.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A003VMS

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide.

    3. Pull out the rod of the rear seatback lock assembly as shown in the illustration, and then remove the rear seat lock control lever RH

  10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK EDGE PROTECTOR

      *1 Double-sided Tape

      Detach the 6 pieces of double-sided tape and remove the rear seatback edge protector.

  11. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the nut and rear center seat outer belt assembly.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A003WZ3

      Remove the 2 bolts and the rear seatback lock assembly RH.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER LH

      Disengage the 2 guides and claw, remove the rear seatback lock striker cover LH.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK CONTROL LEVER BASE LH


    1. A003YEU

      remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 5 claws and remove the rear seatback lock control lever base LH.

  15. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover LH.

  16. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH

      Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

      Note

      The clips must not be reused.

      Disengage the fastener.

    3. Using a clip remover, disengage the 9 clips.

      Note

      The clips must not be reused.

    4. Remove the 9 clips from the separate type rear seatback cover LH.

      Note

      The clips must not be reused.

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    9. Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

  17. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH

      Remove the 11 hog rings and the separate type rear seatback cover LH.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A003XTI

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide.

    3. Pull out the rod of the rear seatback lock assembly as shown in the illustration, and then remove the rear seat lock control lever LH
