PRE-CRASH SAFETY SYSTEM TERMINALS OF ECU


  1. CHECK SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU

    A003ZLZE38

    1. Disconnect the seat belt control ECU connectors.

    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      H6-7 (+B) - Body ground B - Body ground Auxiliary battery voltage Power switch off 11 to 14 V
      H6-8 (PGND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
      H7-8 (IG1) - Body ground L - Body ground Seat belt control ECU power supply Power switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      Power switch off Below 1 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the connectors.

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, the ECU may be malfunctioning.

  2. CHECK DRIVING SUPPORT ECU

    1. Disconnect the driving support ECU connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the connector.

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
