WIRELESS DOOR LOCK BUZZER REMOVAL

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD models.

  • The procedure listed below is for an LHD model.

  • Perform the procedure on the driver side of the vehicle.


  1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL

  2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER


    1. A003XBFE01

      Using a screwdriver, turn each pin 90 degrees counterclockwise and remove the 2 pin hold clips.

    2. A003VN9

      Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 3 screws.

    3. A003WD4E01

      Remove the 6 screws and bolt.

    4. Remove the 6 clips and 2 grommets and front fender liner RH.

      Tech Tips

      The grommets need to be replaced with new ones because they will break when they are removed.

    1. A003VVU

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the clamp and remove the wireless door lock buzzer.
