DOOR CONTROL RECEIVER INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL DOOR CONTROL RECEIVER


    1. Install the door control receiver with the bolt.

    2. Connect the connector.

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connector.

      Engage the claw to install the No. 2 room light assembly.

  6. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER HOLDER CAP

  7. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER HOOK

      Engage the 2 claws and pin to install the tonneau cover hook.

  11. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE COVER RH


    1. Engage the 3 claws and 2 clips to install the rear seat side cover RH.

  12. INSTALL REAR DECK TRIM COVER


    1. Engage the 4 clips to install the rear deck trim cover.

  13. INSTALL DECK TRIM SERVICE HOLE COVER

      Engage the 2 guides (B).

    2. Engage the 2 claws and guide (A) to install the deck trim service hole cover.

  14. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Engage the 2 claws and 2 clips.

    2. Install the rear No. 1 floor board with the bolt.

  15. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the claw and 2 clips to install the rear No. 2 floor board sub-assembly.

  16. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the 2 claws and 2 clips to install the rear No. 1 floor board sub-assembly.

  17. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover)


    1. Install the tonneau cover assembly.

  18. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX LH (w/o Woofer)


    1. Engage the 6 guides.

    2. Install the deck floor box LH with the clip.

  19. INSTALL REAR NO. 4 FLOOR BOARD (w/o Woofer)


    1. Install the rear No. 4 floor board.

  20. INSTALL REAR NO. 4 FLOOR BOARD (w/ Woofer)


    1. Engage the 2 clips and 3 guides to install the rear No. 4 floor board.

  21. INSTALL REAR FLOOR BOARD UPPER NO. 3 PLATE


    1. Engage the 4 claws and 2 guides to install the rear floor board upper No. 3 plate.

  22. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX RH


    1. Engage the 6 guides.

    2. Install the deck floor box RH with the clip.

  23. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Install the rear No. 3 floor board.

  24. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX


    1. Install the rear deck floor box.

  25. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Install the rear No. 2 floor board.

  26. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Place the rear seatback assembly RH in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. Install the rear seatback assembly RH with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 375 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

    3. Engage the fastener to connect the rear No. 1 floor board sub-assembly.

  27. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK


    1. A003YR7

      Engage the claw to install a new rear seat cushion lock hook.

      Note

      Rear seat cushion lock hooks must not be reused.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure the LH side and RH side.

  28. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY


    1. Place the rear seat cushion assembly in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. A003XOT

      Pass the rear center seat outer belt assembly through the rear seat cushion assembly.

    3. Install the rear center seat outer belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }
    4. A003W09

      Engage the guide as shown in the illustration.

    5. Pass the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH and rear seat inner belt assembly through the rear seat cushion assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Engage the 2 hooks of the seat cushion to the vehicle body as shown in the illustration.

    7. Confirm that the seat cushion is firmly installed.

      Note

      When installing the seat cushion, make sure that the seat belt buckles are not under the seat cushion.

  29. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH

      *a Alignment Mark (Yellow green)

      Align the alignment mark (yellow green) on the weatherstrip with the protruding portion on the body indicated by the arrow in the illustration, and install the rear door opening trim weatherstrip RH.

      Note

      After installation, check that the corners fit correctly.
