BATTERY INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL AUXILIARY BATTERY


    1. Install the auxiliary battery.

    2. Install the battery clamp with the nut.

      Torque:
      2.5 N*m  { 25 kgf*cm, 22 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect the positive auxiliary battery terminal with the nut.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    4. Install the battery terminal cover.

  2. INSTALL BATTERY HOSE


    1. Connect the battery hose.

      Tech Tips

      Push in the battery hose to the battery until a click sound is heard.

  3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL


    1. Connect the negative auxiliary battery cable with the nut.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

      Note

      When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  4. INSTALL REAR FLOOR BOARD UPPER NO. 3 PLATE


    1. Engage the 4 claws and 2 guides to install the rear floor board upper No. 3 plate.

  5. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX RH


    1. Engage the 6 guides.

    2. Install the deck floor box RH with the clip.

  6. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Install the rear No. 3 floor board.

  7. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX


    1. Install the rear deck floor box.

  8. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Install the rear No. 2 floor board.
