NAVIGATION RECEIVER INSTALLATION


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    When removing the hard disk drive, eliminate static electricity by touching the vehicle body to prevent components from being damaged.

  2. INSTALL MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL HARD DISK DRIVE


    1. A003YVQ

      Insert the hard disk drive in the direction shown by the arrow in the illustration to install it.

    2. Engage the 2 guides to temporarily install the cover.

    3. Install the cover with the 2 screws.

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 2 radio bracket with the 4 screws.

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 1 radio bracket with the 4 screws.

  6. INSTALL DOUBLE LOCK DOOR CONTROL RELAY ASSEMBLY (w/ Double Locking System)


    1. Install the double lock door control relay assembly with the bolt.

  7. INSTALL TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER WITH BRACKET (w/ G-BOOK System)


    1. Install the telematics transceiver with bracket with the 3 bolts.

  8. INSTALL MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Install the multi-media module receiver assembly with bracket with the 4 bolts.

  9. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connector.

      Engage the 7 claws to install the air conditioning control assembly.

  10. INSTALL INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the clamp.

    3. Engage the 2 guides and 6 claws to install the integration control and panel assembly.

  11. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003X2P

      Turn the shift lever knob clockwise and install the shift lever knob sub-assembly.

  12. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the clamp.

    3. A003ZMX

      Engage the 12 claws to install the upper console panel sub-assembly.

      Note

      When installing the upper console panel sub-assembly, make sure not to pinch the wire harness connected to the front end of the remote touch (w/ Navigation System).

    4. Close the console compartment door.

  13. INSTALL UPPER NO. 1 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH


    1. Engage the 3 guides, clip and 4 claws to install the upper No. 1 console panel garnish.

  14. INSTALL UPPER NO. 2 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH


    1. Engage the 2 guides, clip and 5 claws to install the upper No. 2 console panel garnish.

  15. INSTALL LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

      Engage the 4 guides and 7 claws to install the lower center instrument panel finish panel.

    2. Close the glove compartment door.

  16. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH (for Metal Finish Panel and Urethane Panel)


    1. Engage the 5 clips to install the No. 3 instrument cluster finish panel garnish.

  17. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH (for Wood Panel and Bamboo Panel)


    1. Engage the 4 clips to install the No. 3 instrument cluster finish panel garnish.

  18. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL


    1. Connect the connector.

      Engage the 4 guides, clip and 3 claws to install the instrument side panel RH.

  19. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP

  20. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here

  21. INSTALL REAR FLOOR BOARD UPPER NO. 3 PLATE


    1. Engage the 4 claws and 2 guides to install the rear floor board upper No. 3 plate.

  22. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX RH


    1. Engage the 6 guides.

    2. Install the deck floor box RH with the clip.

  23. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Install the rear No. 3 floor board.

  24. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX


    1. Install the rear deck floor box.

  25. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Install the rear No. 2 floor board.

  26. INSPECT HARD DISK DRIVE
