NAVIGATION RECEIVER INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL NAVIGATION COMPUTER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System for HDD)

  2. INSTALL DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY (w/ Navigation System for DVD)

  3. INSTALL DISC PLAYER BRACKET


    1. Install the disc player bracket with the 3 bolts.

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 DISC PLAYER BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 2 disc player bracket with the 3 bolts.

  5. INSTALL HARD DISK DRIVE (w/ Navigation System for HDD)

  6. INSTALL DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET


    1. Connect each connector and install the display and navigation module display assembly with bracket.

    2. Install the 4 bolts.

  7. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Install the radio receiver assembly with bracket with the 4 bolts.

  8. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connector.

      Engage the 7 claws to install the air conditioning control assembly.

  9. INSTALL INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the clamp.

    3. Engage the 2 guides and 6 claws to install the integration control and panel assembly.

  10. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Turn the shift lever knob clockwise and install the shift lever knob sub-assembly.

  11. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the clamp.

    3. A003ZMX

      Engage the 12 claws to install the upper console panel sub-assembly.

      Note

      When installing the upper console panel sub-assembly, make sure not to pinch the wire harness connected to the front end of the remote touch (w/ Navigation System).

    4. Close the console compartment door.

  12. INSTALL UPPER NO. 2 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH


    1. Engage the 2 guides, clip and 5 claws to install the upper No. 2 console panel garnish.

  13. INSTALL UPPER NO. 1 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH


    1. Engage the 3 guides, clip and 4 claws to install the upper No. 1 console panel garnish.

  14. INSTALL LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL


    1. A003X7I

      Engage the 4 guides and 7 claws to install the lower center instrument panel finish panel.

    2. Close the glove compartment door.

  15. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH (for Metal Finish Panel and Urethane Panel)


    1. Engage the 5 clips to install the No. 3 instrument cluster finish panel garnish.

  16. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH (for Wood Panel and Bamboo Panel)


    1. Engage the 4 clips to install the No. 3 instrument cluster finish panel garnish.

  17. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL


    1. Connect the connector.

      Engage the 4 guides, clip and 3 claws to install the instrument side panel RH.

  19. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  20. INSTALL REAR FLOOR BOARD UPPER NO. 3 PLATE


    1. Engage the 4 claws and 2 guides to install the rear floor board upper No. 3 plate.

  21. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX RH


    1. Engage the 6 guides.

    2. Install the deck floor box RH with the clip.

  22. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Install the rear No. 3 floor board.

  23. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX


    1. Install the rear deck floor box.

  24. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Install the rear No. 2 floor board.

  25. ADJUST CLOCK
