NOISE FILTER INSTALLATION

INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY (for Back Door)

1. 

   Engage the 13 clips to install the back door trim board assembly.

   Tip:

   Engage the clips in the order shown in the illustration.

2. 

   Slide the handle plate of the back door trim board to engage it.

INSTALL BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH (for Back Door)

1. 

   Engage the 2 clips, 2 claws and guide to install the back door side garnish LH.

INSTALL BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH (for Back Door)

1. 

   Engage the 2 clips, 2 claws and guide to install the back door side garnish RH.

INSTALL UPPER BACK DOOR TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (for Back Door)

1. 

   Engage the 4 clips and 4 claws to install the upper back door trim panel assembly.

INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH (for Quarter)

1. Engage the 4 claws and 3 clips.

2. Install the deck trim side panel assembly LH with the 3 screw.

INSTALL TONNEAU COVER HOLDER CAP (for Quarter)

1. 

   Engage the guide.

2. Engage the claw to install the tonneau cover holder cap.

INSTALL TONNEAU COVER HOOK (for Quarter)

1. 

   Engage the 2 claws and pin to install the tonneau cover hook.

INSTALL LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY (for Quarter)

1. Engage the guide.

2. Install the luggage hold belt striker assembly with the bolt.

INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY (for Quarter)

1. 

   Install the rope hook assembly with the bolt.

2. Engage the 2 claws.

INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH (for Quarter)

1. Engage the 6 claws.

2. Install the rear seat side garnish LH with the clip.

INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH (for Quarter)

1. Place the rear seatback assembly LH in the cabin.

   Note:

   Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

2. Install the rear seatback assembly LH with the 2 bolts.

   37 N*m

   375 kgf*cm

   27 ft.*lbf

3. Engage the fastener to connect the rear No. 2 floor board sub-assembly.

INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK (for Quarter)

1. 

   Engage the claw to install a new rear seat cushion lock hook.

   Note:

   Rear seat cushion lock hooks must not be reused.

   Tip:

   Use the same procedure the LH side and RH side.

INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY (for Quarter)

1. Place the rear seat cushion assembly in the cabin.

   Note:

   Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

2. 

   Pass the rear center seat outer belt assembly through the rear seat cushion assembly.

3. Install the rear center seat outer belt assembly with the bolt.

   42 N*m

   428 kgf*cm

   31 ft.*lbf

4. 

   Engage the guide as shown in the illustration.

5. 

   Pass the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH and rear seat inner belt assembly through the rear seat cushion assembly as shown in the illustration.

6. 

   Engage the 2 hooks of the seat cushion to the vehicle body as shown in the illustration.

7. Confirm that the seat cushion is firmly installed.

   Note:

   When installing the seat cushion, make sure that the seat belt buckles are not under the seat cushion.

INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH (for Quarter)

1. 

   Align the alignment mark (purple) on the weatherstrip with the protruding portion on the body indicated by the arrow in the illustration, and install the rear door opening trim weatherstrip LH.

   Note:

   After installation, check that the corners fit correctly.

INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH (for Quarter)

1. Engage the 4 claws, 2 guides and 2 clips to install the rear door scuff plate LH.

INSTALL REAR DECK TRIM COVER (for Quarter)

1. Engage the 4 clips to install the rear deck trim cover.

INSTALL DECK TRIM SERVICE HOLE COVER (for Quarter)

1. 

   Engage the 2 guides (B).

2. Engage the 2 claws and guide (A) to install the deck trim service hole cover.

INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR BOARD (for Quarter)

1. Engage the 2 claws and 2 clips.

2. Install the rear No. 1 floor board with the bolt.

INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Quarter)

1. Engage the claw and 2 clips to install the rear No. 2 floor board sub-assembly.

INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Quarter)

1. Engage the 2 claws and 2 clips to install the rear No. 1 floor board sub-assembly.

INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX RH (for Quarter)

1. Engage the 6 guides.

2. Install the deck floor box RH with the clip.

INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD (for Quarter)

1. Install the rear No. 3 floor board.

INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX (for Quarter)

1. Install the rear deck floor box.

INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD (for Quarter)

1. Install the rear No. 2 floor board.
