RADIO RECEIVER REMOVAL


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the auxiliary battery negative (-) terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the auxiliary battery negative (-) terminal notices before proceeding with work Click here.

  2. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Remove the rear No. 2 floor board.

  3. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX


    1. Remove the rear deck floor box.

  4. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Remove the rear No. 3 floor board.

  5. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX RH

      Remove the clip.

    2. Disengage the 6 guides and remove the deck floor box RH.

  6. REMOVE REAR FLOOR BOARD UPPER NO. 3 PLATE


    1. A003VKN

      Disengage the 4 claws and 2 guides, and remove the rear floor board upper No. 3 plate.

  7. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

  8. DISCONNECT FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP

  9. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL


    1. A003ZIT

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 3 claws, clip and 4 guides, and remove the instrument side panel RH.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

  10. REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH (for Metal Finish Panel and Urethane Panel)


    1. A003YLO

      Disengage the 5 clips and remove the No. 3 instrument cluster finish panel garnish.

  11. REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH (for Wood Panel and Bamboo Panel)

      Disengage the 4 clips and remove the No. 3 instrument cluster finish panel garnish.

  12. REMOVE LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL


    1. Open the glove compartment door.

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 7 claws and 4 guides, and remove the lower center instrument panel finish panel as shown in the illustration.

  13. REMOVE UPPER NO. 2 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH

      Disengage the 5 claws, clip and 2 guides, and remove the upper No. 2 console panel garnish.

  14. REMOVE UPPER NO. 1 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH

      Disengage the 4 claws, clip and 3 guides, and remove the upper No. 1 console panel garnish.

  15. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Open the console compartment door.

    2. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 9 claws of the vehicle rear side.

    3. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 3 claws of the vehicle front side as shown in the illustration.

    4. Disengage the clamp.

    5. Disconnect each connector and remove the upper console panel sub-assembly.

  16. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003XQZ

      Turn the shift lever knob counterclockwise and remove the shift lever knob sub-assembly.

  17. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 6 claws and 2 guides.

    2. Disengage the clamp.

    3. Disconnect each connector and remove the integration control and panel assembly.

  18. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY


    1. A003XPS

      Disengage the 7 claws and remove the air conditioning control assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

  19. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET


    1. A003ZOU

      Remove the 4 bolts.

    2. Pull the radio receiver assembly with bracket toward the rear of the vehicle.

    3. Disconnect each connector and remove the radio receiver assembly with bracket.

  20. REMOVE DOUBLE LOCK DOOR CONTROL RELAY ASSEMBLY (w/ Double Locking System)

    1. Remove the bolt and double lock door control relay assembly.

  21. REMOVE TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER WITH BRACKET (w/ G-BOOK System)


    1. A003XXN

      Remove the 3 bolts and telematics transceiver with bracket.

  22. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET


    1. A003XKJ

      Remove the 4 screws and No. 1 radio bracket.

  23. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET


    1. A003YSH

      Remove the 4 screws and No. 2 radio bracket.

  24. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY
