FRONT BUMPER DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. A003WFV

      Extend the headlight cleaner washer nozzle.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the headlight cleaner washer nozzle.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. A003XFJ

      Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

    2. A003XBJ

      Remove the headlight cleaner clamp as shown in the illustration.

    3. A003ZBT

      Pull down the headlight cleaner actuator clamp.

    4. Push the tab shown by allow (1) and disengage the 2 claws and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Disengage the 6 clamps and remove the headlight cleaner hose.

  7. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the screw.

    3. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the fog light assembly.

  8. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

  9. REMOVE NO. 3 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ Wire Harness)

      Disengage the 11 clamps and remove the No. 3 engine room wire.

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET


    1. A003WNH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the front bumper extension mounting bracket.

  11. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL

      Disengage the 18 clips and remove the hood to radiator grille seal.

  12. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING


    1. A003VWG

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 8 claws and remove the radiator grille moulding.

  13. REMOVE SYMBOL EMBLEM (w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)


    1. A003YFS

      Remove the 2 spring nuts.

    2. Disengage the claw and guide to remove the symbol emblem.

  14. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)


    1. A003YFS

      Remove the 2 spring nuts.

    2. Disengage the claw and guide to remove the radiator grille emblem.

  15. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. A003V4C

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. Disengage the 6 claws and remove the radiator grille.

  16. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER


    1. A003VDA

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the 2 front fender liner retainers.

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  17. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET LH


    1. for Standard:


      1. A003YL7

        Remove the 2 screws.

      2. Disengage the claw and guide, and remove the fog light mounting bracket LH as shown in the illustration.

    2. for Sport Package:


      1. A003XC9

        Remove the 3 screws and remove the fog light mounting bracket LH.

  18. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET RH

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  19. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION LH


    1. for Standard:

        Disengage the 5 claws and remove the front bumper extension LH.

    2. for Sport Package:


      1. A003X34

        Disengage the 4 claws and remove the front bumper extension LH.

  20. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  21. REMOVE NO. 1 LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. for Standard:


      1. A003VH4

        Disengage the 12 claws and remove the No. 1 lower radiator grille.

    2. for Sport Package:


      1. A003ZCJ

        Disengage the 16 claws and remove the No. 1 lower radiator grille.

  22. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disengage the hook and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

  25. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

  26. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 4 clamps.

    2. Remove the 6 bolts and front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.

  27. REMOVE FRONT SIDE MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A003XHS

      Remove the 4 bolts.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the front side member bracket sub-assembly LH.

  28. REMOVE FRONT SIDE MEMBER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  29. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

      Remove the bolt.

    2. Disengage the clip and remove the front bumper side support LH as shown in the illustration.
