REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003VV1

      Engage the grommet.

    2. Connect the connector.

    3. Engage the clamp to install the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly.

  2. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the 4 claws and 3 clips.

    2. Install the deck trim side panel assembly LH with the 3 screw.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)


    1. Connect the connector.

      Engage the claw to install the No. 2 room light assembly.

  4. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER HOLDER CAP


    1. A003WAM

      Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the claw to install the tonneau cover holder cap.

  5. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER HOOK


    1. A003YU6

      Engage the 2 claws and pin to install the tonneau cover hook.

  6. INSTALL LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the guide.

    2. Install the luggage hold belt striker assembly with the bolt.

  7. INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY

      Install the rope hook assembly with the bolt.

    2. Engage the 2 claws.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH


    1. Engage the 6 claws.

    2. Install the rear seat side garnish LH with the clip.

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE COVER RH (for RH Side)


    1. Engage the 3 claws and 2 clips to install the rear seat side cover RH.

  10. INSTALL REAR DECK TRIM COVER


    1. Engage the 4 clips to install the rear deck trim cover.

  11. INSTALL DECK TRIM SERVICE HOLE COVER


    1. A003YBSE01

      Engage the 2 guides (B).

    2. Engage the 2 claws and guide (A) to install the deck trim service hole cover.

  12. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Engage the 2 claws and 2 clips.

    2. Install the rear No. 1 floor board with the bolt.

  13. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the claw and 2 clips to install the rear No. 2 floor board sub-assembly.

  14. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the 2 claws and 2 clips to install the rear No. 1 floor board sub-assembly.

  15. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover)


    1. Install the tonneau cover assembly.

  16. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX LH (w/o Woofer)


    1. Engage the 6 guides.

    2. Install the deck floor box LH with the clip.

  17. INSTALL REAR NO. 4 FLOOR BOARD (w/o Woofer)


    1. Install the rear No. 4 floor board.

  18. INSTALL REAR NO. 4 FLOOR BOARD (w/ Woofer)


    1. Engage the 2 clips and 3 guides to install the rear No. 4 floor board.

  19. INSTALL REAR FLOOR BOARD UPPER NO. 3 PLATE (for RH Side)


    1. Engage the 4 claws and 2 guides to install the rear floor board upper No. 3 plate.

  20. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX RH


    1. Engage the 6 guides.

    2. Install the deck floor box RH with the clip.

  21. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Install the rear No. 3 floor board.

  22. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX


    1. Install the rear deck floor box.

  23. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Install the rear No. 2 floor board.

  24. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)


    1. Place the rear seatback assembly LH in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. Install the rear seatback assembly LH with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 375 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

    3. Engage the fastener to connect the rear No. 2 floor board sub-assembly.

  25. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)


    1. Place the rear seatback assembly RH in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. Install the rear seatback assembly RH with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 375 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

    3. Engage the fastener to connect the rear No. 1 floor board sub-assembly.

  26. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK


    1. A003YR7

      Engage the claw to install a new rear seat cushion lock hook.

      Note

      Rear seat cushion lock hooks must not be reused.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure the LH side and RH side.

  27. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY


    1. Place the rear seat cushion assembly in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. A003XOT

      Pass the rear center seat outer belt assembly through the rear seat cushion assembly.

    3. Install the rear center seat outer belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }
    4. A003W09

      Engage the guide as shown in the illustration.

    5. Pass the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH and rear seat inner belt assembly through the rear seat cushion assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Engage the 2 hooks of the seat cushion to the vehicle body as shown in the illustration.

    7. Confirm that the seat cushion is firmly installed.

      Note

      When installing the seat cushion, make sure that the seat belt buckles are not under the seat cushion.

  29. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE


    1. Engage the 4 claws, 2 guides and 2 clips to install the rear door scuff plate LH.

  30. INSTALL REAR UPPER BUMPER RETAINER


    1. Install the rear upper bumper retainer with the screw.

      Torque:
      2.2 N*m  { 22 kgf*cm, 20 in.*lbf }

  31. INSTALL REAR BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  32. INSTALL REAR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB


    1. Install the rear turn signal light bulb to the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly.

  33. INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT LENS AND BODY


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Engage the clamp.

    3. A003WJF

      Turn the rear turn signal light bulb and rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to install them as a unit.

    4. Engage the 3 guides and pin.

    5. Install the rear combination light lens and body with the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      2.2 N*m  { 22 kgf*cm, 20 in.*lbf }

  34. INSTALL REAR LIGHT COVER


    1. A003VI3

      Engage the 6 claws to install the 2 rear light covers.
