FRONT LOWER SUSPENSION ARM REMOVAL

Tech Tips

The front No. 1 lower suspension arm sub-assembly LH can be removed directly from the vehicle.


  1. REMOVE FRONT WHEELS

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

  3. SEPARATE FRONT NO. 1 LOWER SUSPENSION ARM SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A003S48

      Remove the bolt and 2 nuts.

    2. Separate the front No. 1 lower suspension arm sub-assembly from the front lower ball joint.

  4. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 LOWER SUSPENSION ARM SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A003SXL

      Remove the 2 bolts, nut, and front No. 1 lower suspension arm sub-assembly LH from the front suspension crossmember.

      Note

      Because the nut has its own stopper, do not turn the nut. Loosen the bolt with the nut secured.
