DESCRIPTION
When selecting power mode, the switch operation signal is sent to the ECM. Following this, the drive torque is optimally controlled to obtain a sporty feel in response to the driver's acceleration operation.

READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (CAN BUS CHECK)
Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
Turn the power switch on (IG).
Enter the following menus: System Select / CAN Bus Check.

CHECK DTC OUTPUT (ALL)
Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
Turn the power switch on (IG).
Check for DTCs of all system by following the prompts on the tester screen.

PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (INDICAT. LAMP ECT PWR)
Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
Turn the power switch on (IG).
Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Active Test / Indicat. Lamp ECT PWR.
Perform the "Indicat. Lamp ECT PWR" Active Test.

Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
Turn the power switch on (IG).
Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / Data List / Pattern Switch (PWR/M).
Read the value displayed on the intelligent tester.

Disconnect connector E115 from the combination switch assembly.
